This condo renovation was a collaboration with Georgia Custom Construction. The idea was to expand the livable space by adding area to the lofted master bedroom and closet. The kitchen is renovated with luxury appliances and plenty of counter space for living and entertaining.
This interior renovation came about from a tragic incident, with a beautiful result. A tree falling on the client's roof wrecked their master suite, so we did a total gut and re-design of this space. It has become bright, cozy, and a beautiful respite from city life.
An outdoor living upgrade, this porch re-build effort came about from a tragic fallen tree incident. It's certainly an upgrade from the previous, though, as it includes a new roof, two fireplaces, a kitchenette, and a larger space for entertaining and living.
